after Santa came....

baking xmas cookies!

So I am finally able to post some Christmas pics. We had a wonderful Christmas this year. It was very different from all our Christmas' in the past. Zach and I decided that since we have a family of our own now that we are going to stay at our house on Xmas' and whoever wants to come by can come by whenever they want...we'll have a open house all day! Our menu was different too...we had a big breakfast which consisted of french toast with powdered sugar, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit and orange juice! For lunch we were supposed to have pulled-pork sandwiches that had been marinating all day but we were all so full from breakfast that we skipped lunch and went straight to our yummy fondue dinner. We made a delicious cheddar cheese beer fondue and dipped carrots, french and sourdough bread, veggies, crackers and green apples into it and then had a chocolate fondue that we dipped strawberries, cookies, graham crackers and marshmallows into!! So good!!
All in all, we all had a great time and just hung out, visited, opened presents and watched movies. We were so excited to have a 3rd little bambino to celebrate with this year as well!!!

Happy Valentines Day!

Usually you think of this day as a "date" day to just spend with your significant other but why not spend it with your little ones...they are of course a direct product of our love! A friend gave me a good idea to go on a rock hunt and come back and paint the rocks for our garden! We were thinking too of taking the kids to a movie!

My hubby made me a beautiful homemade card and got me the new Britney Spears "Circus" cd which I totally wanted (I love her!) and when I was opening it a piece of paper fell out and its 2 tickets to her concert in April!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo excited!!!! I am the luckiest girl in the world to be married to my best friend. He is an amazing husband, partner and daddy! He is and always will be my one and only Valentine!!!

Sick Sick Babies....

Will it ever go away?? Had to take the kids to the Dr.'s again today. Poor babies are all sick again. I swear they have been sick for 2 whole months now. Trevor has been coughing so bad that he is throwing up..he has a respiratory virus and is on Triaminic and a heavy cough supressant. Riley has a cold so she's on Triaminic too but started coughing tonight..agghh and poor Ireland has the same respiratory virus with a horrible cough and a double ear infection!! I feel so bad for the 3 of them....their not getting any sleep at night which of course means neither are Zach and I but we just want them to feel better. Especially with tomorrow being Valentine's Day and all....we wanted to do something special with our loves but we'll have to see how that goes :(

What are all your guys' plans for Valentines Day?
