Congrats Lisa!!

Yay!!! I just found out tonight (actually about 5 mins ago) that my friend Lisa is expecting another baby!! We are so excited for them and can't wait to meet little Charlotte or Cooper!!! The little one should be here around October 8th!!! Congrats again Shedoudy's!

Meeting Baby Mariah!

Riley was dying to meet her new little cousin Mariah!!! We waited a few days and then Nicole brought her new little bundle over to our house and Riley couldn't have been more excited! She kept saying,"me wanna see Auntie Cole's baby!!" Riley is such a mother...shes always carrying her babies around and putting diapers on them, feeding them, wrapping them in blankets and laying them down ni-nite. The best older sister you could ask for! Trevor has picked up on it a little too (that is when he's not stealing them from her! )

Housewarming Party...Success!

We had our Housewarming party last Saturday March 14th and since it was so close to St. Pattys Day we threw that in there with it! We had a great turnout. Thank you to everyone who came..it was so nice to see you and share with you our new home that we oh so love!!! Also, thank you so much for the sweet cards and gifts, they were very thoughtful!

Our doors are always open so if you're ever in the neighborhood come on by!

Worry Wart....

Zach is off skiing today in Tahoe! I hope he has a great time,I just always worry about them up there. You know...about the weather, driving, skiing accidents(especially after that actress just died this week from a skiing accident!)

It's A Girl!!!

Nicole had a girl yesterday...a St. Patrick's Day baby...which fits well since her other daughter is a Cinco de Mayo baby!! I guessed a girl again and of course I was right :)

Beautiful! Mommy and baby are doing great and come home tomorrow. Annnddd it was 3 1/2 hours of labor from the time they induced her to delivery....uuuggghhh I wouldn't know anything about that!

My mom and Lexi took Riley and Trevor to the pet store on Saturday so Zach and I could have some time to get ready for our Housewarming/St Patricks Day party that evening! About an hour and a half later the kids came running through the front door saying " Mommy, Daddy look!" They had come home with not 1 but 2 dwarf hamsters!! At first, I was obviously taken back and surprised but after seeing how excited the kids were and how cute the hamsters were I was instantly connected!! We obviously are Irish and take pride in that...note... Ireland McKiernan!!! And we got the hamsters on our St. Pattys day party and 3 days before St. Pattys Day, so we named the two girls Lucky and Clover!

Im still going strong with my weight loss....I have lost 14lbs. so far! I am eating good....so hard for me as I love my sweets!! I have lost a total of 5 inches. I love working out and Trevor is finally going to the daycare in the gym and all 3 of the kiddos love it..which makes me so happy. I started out only being able to do the stair climber for 6 mins. and now I do it for 20mins. I have been inspired by my beautiful sis Jess bc she looks amazing!!! Through all the diets and everything else it really truly is eating well and exercising!

What a fun day...lets just say the kids and I are wiped out! Today was Riley's preschool field trip. We went to The Magic Circle Theater in Downtown Roseville. I had never heard of this place before but we will definitely be back. We all had a blast! Gramma came with us and Riley, Trevor and Ireland were all on their best behavior. We saw the play "The Ugly Duckling" and it was their last time ever performing it again which they had been doing for 7 years. They really involved the kids with clapping and singing. Afterwards, we went to Royer Park and had a picnic lunch and played. What a beautiful park....2 different big playgrounds, an Art Center, tennis courts, and a bridge with a creek where you can feed the ducks! We will revisit this place too! What a perfect day....I love seeing my babes have so much fun playing and exploring!

What We've Been Up To.....

We had some very rainy days around here so I bundled the kids up and put on their raincoats and they ran through the rain and jumped in puddles.

Last Saturday we spent the whole day planting flowers in the front yard. Riley and Trevor helped out so much. The flowers look beautiful!

Nicole and Makalyn came over a few Saturdays ago and we all made a yummy breakfast. The kids had a ball playing and even pretended to have a sleepover in their room. We promised Makalyn she could really sleep over very soon(maybe when Mommy has her baby!)

All dressed up for Valentine's Day! We took the kids to the Under The Sea 3D Imax movie Dowtown~it was really neat and the kids loved it(they looked oh so cute in their huge 3d sunglasses) Then we took a long walk to Rick's Dessert Diner and each picked out a delicious dessert! What a fun day...we loved spending it with our 3 perfect punkins!!!

So I am layin in bed early this morning with Riley and Trevor and he is playing with my cell which he always does. After a few mins. he puts it down and it all of a sudden starts to ring. I pick it up and the lady says " Hi this is Citrus Heights Police, we just received a hang up call from this number, is everything ok?" I sincerely apologize and tell her it was my 2 yr old son.....how in the heck did he manage just to dial 9-1-1???
